Factory Audit Process
Pre-Audit Documentation
Factory provides ISO 14001 certificate, environmental policy, waste management records, and energy consumption data for the past 12 months.
Third-Party Factory Audit
Buyers may request SGS, Bureau Veritas, or Intertek factory audits. Cornea Lighting has passed BSCI, SEDEX, and Higg Index audits.
Product Sample Testing
Third-party lab testing at SGS/Intertek covers: lumen output, efficacy (lm/W), color rendering (CRI), flicker (IEEE 1789), RoHS substance analysis.
Compliance Documentation Package
Full compliance package includes: RoHS declaration, REACH declaration, CE DoC, test reports, ISO certificates, and WEEE registration number.
EU WEEE Directive
The EU WEEE Directive (2012/19/EU) requires producers of electrical equipment to take responsibility for the end-of-life management of their products. Cornea Lighting is fully registered as a WEEE producer for all EU member states.
