All OEM orders are governed by a signed NDA and purchase order. Below are our standard commercial terms for OEM/private-label buyers.
500 pcs per SKU (custom branding)
Lower MOQ available for standard specs without custom packaging.
FOB Shenzhen (default)
CIF, DAP, DDP available on request. EXW for self-arranged freight. All major incoterms supported.
30% deposit, 70% before shipment
T/T (bank transfer) standard. L/C at sight for orders ≥ $50,000. PayPal for samples only.
7–10 business days (custom branding)
NDA signed before samples. Sample cost credited on first production order ≥ 500 pcs.
20–35 days (custom tooling +7 days)
Rush production (7–14 days) available for 30% surcharge. Confirmed on order acknowledgment.
